Did we really need a comprehensive review to determine that MPS needs reform?

Governor Doyle and Mayor Barrett have done nothing to fix the problems at MPS. Small reforms around the edges will not do anything. We are failing the children of Milwaukee and taxpayers across the state by allowing MPS to continue as is.
